The Launch will also include the presentation
of the 2007 Akerman Senterfitt Ethanol Innovator Award in Sports
to IndyCar Series in recognition of their conversion to a 100%
fuel grade Ethanol powered series.
EPIC, IndyCar’s Ethanol partner,
will also receive the award and will have their Ethanol racecar on
display.
“There's a huge amount of unused land that could easily be turned to material for biomass to create energy," he said. "People are beginning to wake up and smell the coffee. We need an alternative energy source.”
